Range Rover Classic Hidden Winch Tray V2.0
This winch tray is specifically designed to house a Warn VR10S winch hidden behind the stock bumper preserving your Range Rover Classic's look. Biggest advantages of using this winch tray is that it does not add unnecessary weight to your front suspension requiring to upgrade your springs and shocks. This winch tray works great with a 'stock' or 'medium' duty suspension set up. Installs easily with Land Rover genuine brush guard. Hidden Winch Tray weight is approximately between 32-35 lbs.
The recovery points are designed into the 1/2" steel winch tray wall, they provide functional recovery points that are discretely hidden to preserve that classic Range Rover look. Recovery points designed to accommodate the usage of 3/4" shackles.
Winch tray accepts Warn VR10S hawse fairlead into the winch tray for synthetic ropes. This winch tray does NOT accept steel cable ropes and a synthetic rope MUST be used.
Winch power cables to the solenoid pack have to be extended depending on the location of your solenoid pack. Please contact us should you need extended custom cables for your installation (additional costs for cables depend on length of power cables).
Free Spooling knob will have to be 'clocked' to access from the front. Do a YouTube search 'Clocking Warn Winch" and many videos show the simple process that takes minutes to perform on your winch.
You may use your existing bumper bolts but we recommend you purchase Grade 8 standard bolts. Two 1/2" by 4.5" long bolts are necessary for mounting (not included)as a third mounting bolt and that one is also recommended to be grade 8 standard.
Warn Winch and Shackles are NOT included.
